While in the process of planning her own wedding, Amber Nguyen faced several frustrations. Website templates didn’t match her look, decor items would need to be purchased from multiple sites without knowing if the colors would match, favors weren’t exactly what she wanted because labels wouldn’t match her invitations, etc. After not finding any design she wanted, she created her own invitation template using graphics she created from acrylic paint and mixed media as a background. But then she wanted that same artwork to be applied to everything for a cohesive look, so she ended up making each piece on her own. The more she searched for cohesive aesthetics, the more frustrated she became. After a lot of research, she began creating her own custom wedding planner, checklists, spreadsheets, labels, signs, favors, stationery, and more. This experience inspired her to look into creating a new way to shop, plan, and decorate for weddings! After much thought, Love Blooms was born.
